The journey should have been good The bus was modern and should have been comfortable except the air conditioning was on high and I was miserably cold the whole journey despite having brought a cardigan. Additionally horrible music was played on loud the whole time.

Las sillas estaban muy comodas, y los empleados eran serviciales, pero mi bus llegó muy tarde
It got incredibly cold for the last 3h of the ride. The man next to me had a winter coat on. I didn't have one. And the seats were really cramped. But making a bus this cold is basic body needs!
No wifi and very unhelpful staff when I complained about it. Also difficult to find the gate. Would have been awful without speaking Spanish
