ok; bus was worn and didn't have wifi and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape, but hey, it's a bus; it had seatbelts
The bus was on time; the driver was very helpful and tried to stick to his schedule. It was a comfortable drive from Miami to Orlando. However, I was disappointed when I realized that there was no Wi-Fi service or charging stations on the bus, which I noted was not one of the green FlixBus.
it wasn't Flixbus. Every seat didn't have outlets to charge devices. However the bus left on time and we made it to Orlando safely.

Josie the driver had all passengers put their own luggage on and off the storage compartments. Stopped at one stop, put in park instantly stood up and snapped for the passenger to move and get off. Was very rude to all people
I payed for business class but i got regular bus .my 5 member of family (kids) were disappointed. The driver with white shirt ( he didn’t want make his short dirty ) make me and my wife loading my 10 suitcase going inside the cabinet under the bus . Looks like loading the luggage is the part of the customer job. The driver is hangry no eyes contact no smiling .The 1st time the bus driver work like is the boss just look at the customer who is doing the driver job . The opposite on jun 02nd i have excellent experience with red coach .
The departure was moved from 10:15 AM to 1:15 PM and we were promised a first class bus with no extra charge but the bus that came was an ordinary one.

Bus was late for departure and for an almost 6hr trip they should've stopped atleast once mid trip for atleast half an hour for guests to eat and stetch
The driver was very nice and pleasant. But I lost my suitcase on that trip, another passenger took it but mistake. So when I called today to the Orlando office to report this issue and to find out if someone had returned my suitcase. The lady that answered the called was kind of rude and unprofessional. She acted like she did not care about my concern. How she treated hers customers is wrong.
My Jet Set Express experience was a good one. The check-in process was smooth, the bus was clean and was acceptably on time. I will definitely use them again!
According to customer reviews, the bus company has received negative feedback regarding their customer service and return policy. On the positive side, customers have praised the service as excellent, although some mentioned that the onboard wifi never worked.

Everything was pretty good. The bus driver was good at having control over everything and everyone in the bus. I especially liked that the bus was dark as we drove in the middle of the night.
Dirty bus,no paper towels in the restroom, dirty seats and people smoking I side the bus. I would never do it again!!
I'm a frequent with greyhound and it is unfortunate that CDC guidelines as far as hygiene are not being met. I had a ride with people coughing and not having on their masks the entire ride. Please help in correcting this.
