Journey never happened. Was denied travel due to not having a physical copy of my passport. Nowhere on your website/ticketing (or indeed the bus company's) does it state that digital versions will not be accepted (or indeed what other IDs are acceptable for foreign travellers- a UK driving licence is normally accepted in most Latam countries as they realise the UK doesn't issue actual ID cards).
It was very good. Bus was clean. Seats were very comfortable. The foot rest was nice. I was surprised how far they reclined.
Bus is spacious, curtains for privacy. Screens and USB Charging port available. Bus station is efficient and clear.

Great experience. Easy to find the station and no long waits. The seats are very comfortable and lean back far. I suggest picking a seat near the front of the bus. It smells pretty bad near the back because of the toilet.
