The trip met all of my expectations. Boarding with the electronic ticket and picture ID was simple. The bus was modern and clean and I appreciate the fact that the windows were very clean for the scenic trip over the Andes. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed the route and that the bus left on time. The stop at the border was well organized. The driver seemed safe. Got to our destination on time.
Our trip from Buenos Aires to Santiago was comfortable and on time with a seamless border crossing. Two complaints - the washroom did not have soap or paper towels - the air conditioning was not working during the last 2 hours of our trip , at least 40 degrees in the bus which was very uncomfortable and there was no way to communicate with the driver or assistant
According to customer reviews, the service provided by the bus company has received mixed feedback. Some customers had an excellent experience and were pleasantly surprised. However, there are complaints about long waits at customs without any information from staff, lasting almost 2 hours. Additionally, some customers experienced significant delays of up to 3 hours and missed their connections. Although the bus and driver were praised for being professional, there were concerns about the lack of food/beverage stops during long trips and extended waiting times at border crossings (4-6 hours).

From the ticket office till I got on the bus, all staff gave the best drives to all customers. I enjoyed the ride from Mendoza to Santiago.
The bus was comfortable. But check in procedures were not clear and left us scrambling at the last minute. Our estimated arrival time was 6 but we arrived at 8. I know they cannot control the border but that should be calculated into the time.
We asked for help with exchanging bus tickets and the staff were extremely dismissive of us.

The experience was wonderful. All bus drivers and staff very helpful. Argentina and Chile border control was seamless and easy. Scenery amazing. I will recommend Mendoza to Santiago journey to everyone.
This trip was a disaster. My bus ticket says 7:30am but in reality the bus leaves at 8:30am. Who knows why they put 7:30am. So 1hr late. Then we get to the Chilean border and we are delayed by 3hrs before some guy didn’t declare some fruits or something and they thought he was a criminal. Also the bathroom door didn’t close so the bus smelled the whole time. A trip that was supposed to take 7.5hrs took 12hrs. Probably the worse bus trip I’ve ever had. Don’t take it.
Booked a bus for 7.30am. Bus pulled in at 7.40am and said they were leaving at 8am. Why bother booking a bus at a certain time if it isn’t even going to plan to leave at that time? Didn’t leave at 8am. Ended up leaving at 9.30am.

Was expecting a bus with a toilet but it was just a van. Did not correspond with the description of what I booked.
Was very unsatisfied with my trip to Santiago. I booked the 8:32am bus and got to the station in plenty of time - I was then told my bus was at 9:00am with no prior warning. I didn't mind as it was only half an hour however we were then delayed over 5 and a half hours just past the chile border crossing. Whether this would have happened if I got the 8:32am bus I am not sure? I was also never told at any point what was going on and how long we would be waiting. Finally, and this goes for all buses in South America, the temperature of the buses is not healthy. They drop the temperature to below 20 degrees and then immidately increase it to 30 degrees. This change in body temperature caused me to get a fever in which I am still recovering.
