Chaotic, overcrowded, underfunded system that would’ve been out of business were it not for the U.S. government’s criminal failure to address our country’s infrastructure and public transportation issues.
Bus broke down, took over four hours to get a replacement bus. I ended up having someone drive two+ hours each way to pick me up at the gas station because greyhound wasn’t keeping us updated until the very end.
