Trip was fine but there are improvements needed to prevent the loss of luggage...mine was lost and really put me in a bind.
Firstly, our bus was not on time it was very late than expected. Your bus diver was very corporative but me and my family suffered alot in greyhound bus as the air condition was not proper due to which we have to open the window and even wifi was not working. We had really bad experience at Greyhound bus.
Edward King was an amazing bus driver, he was very kind and patient with the passenger when an incident occurred.
