Bus tickets from Baltimore to New York

The bus smelled like marijuana and the seats were old and the windows were stained. The ride was not bad but the conditions were not great inside the bus

The bus broke down in hot weather and we had to wait an hour and half in the hot sun for the new bus to come.

My partner and I bought tickets for a 6:45 am bus from Baltimore to NYC. The bus never showed up, and it was only when someone else called the bus company that we learned that the 6:45 bus no longer existed, and we had to instead wait another two hours for the next bus. No one had received any kind of notification that this was the case. It was so hard to get in touch with someone from the bus company to tell us what was going on; my partner had to call several times just to get in touch with someone to make sure our tickets would get us on the 8:30 am bus. We were able to get to our final destination eventually, but the experience was unpunctual, unreliable, and uneasy. This was our first time traveling with bbbus, and with any luck it will be our last.

It was the worst experience ive had. I waited from 6pm the bus showed up at 715 completely full. Then I waited till 845 and no other bus showed up. No compensation no customer service just a line of at least 50 angry customers. Peter pan is an absolute joke that I will never be riding again.

The bus was there early to pick us up, checked us in promptly and the bus was very comfortable. The bus driver was a great communicator and got us there safe and sound!

There was no seat number on my ticket and told by the driver that I can sit anywhere. Everywhere I sat someone came with an assigned seat in their ticket. I ended up the seat next to the bathroom and got hit by the door every time someone entered and exited.

I like Flixbus, but it was 75 minutes late out of Baltimore this morning and it was 2 hours and 50 minutes late getting to 31st & 8th Ave in NYC. We missed half of the Broadway play we came to see in NYC. Not good.

The driver was pretty good, however, the cleanliness of the bus was subpar. The windshield of the bus was completely filthy. Looked there were bird droppings all over it.

The bus was late getting in and when the driver changed in Baltimore she didnt seem to have any sense of urgency. She stood around chatting with other drivers for over 15 minutes and when the passengers started complaining she didnt try to de-escalate. She was aggressive going back and forth with an angry passenger and then she denied him boarding. She didn't even apologize for the lateness nor the standing around. Horrible experience.

My bus broke down several times, and the driver did not communicate. We also made an unexpected stop on Jersey. I was over 2 hours late to my destination.

Very disappointed 😞 was waiting at Frederick Greyhound Bus Station for the bus but, the bus did not show up!

I was so disappointed in the way the driver communicated with me. He gave me a hard time and didn’t wanted to honor my ticket. He went as far as to block entry onto the bus. This was so wild and his behavior was unacceptable. The bus arrived late and went he finally allowed me to board the bus. Few passengers took two seats as one seat. Passengers were saying they paid for two seats. When the situation was brought to the driver’s attention he ignored such an awful cry for help. He drove the bus while I stood waiting to be seated. How a driver doesn’t have control of his bus. Why he allowed a single paid passenger occupied two seats. This situation would have clearly gotten out of control. Nobody cares.

The bus was an hour late and then took 40 minutes at the rest stop causing me to be 2 hours late to my destination. It ruined my trip

I booked a trip that was supposed to leave at 530. The day before the trip they moved it to 630. The day of it was moved to 8. We arrived at our destination more than two hours later than we were supposed to

Overall experience is very poor. Bus is stinking with foul smell from toilets. 4.5 hrs journey has been torturous and horrible.

Driver was very cooperative and a cool guy...No WiFi due to which I faced problem but driver help me out in this regard.

Very late and no response to passengers. Atleast should have emailed or texted that the bus was going to be late. We did not know whether the bus has left Baltimore already. It was stressful
