Confusion over tickets to start with, i was accused of losing 1 ticket out of 2 when I'd only been given 1 for our trip. I paid 100 baht fine just to get the bus on the way, then the bus parked at a garage aroud the corner until 7.45 before it left, we should've left at 6.40. The bus stopped about 40 times at various locations picking up and dropping packages off and arrived at phuket bus station at 9.30 when it should've arrived at 6.30. Awful service and no apologies, my daughter was most distressed with this, thankfully we will never do this again

The bus was advertised as leaving at 6.30pm and it left at 6.50pm - it was meant to arrive in Phuket at 6.30am and it arrived at 10am. The bus only stopped once throughout this whole journey and half the time the toilet door didn’t open and we weren’t informed of the lateness. We were given blankets, water and biscuits in the beginning which was the only nice touch.
