The staff were very friendly and supported with at the busterminal event I couldn't speak Spanish.
Got our seats in the first row. The window was taped with a black sticker and for this long trip, the space for the leg it was a killer for my knees, and I am not even tall.
Very nice bus. Lots of leg room. But the wifi did not work and it took 11.5 hours to get Medellín. But when u book it, it says 8.5 hours.

Terrible. El autobús salió tarde y paró cada treinta minutos sin explicar nada. Debe ser un viaje de 8 horas pero duró 14. Que feo! Nunca volveré a utilizar esta empresa.
The driver was constantly using cocaine. He was driving like a maniac and taking breaks every hour with no reason. The bus was because of that 2,5 hours later arriving
Seats are not comfortable at all. Do not expect to sleep. This also cost double compared to price at the bus terminal

we were seated seperatley with my himusband and it was cold in bus. We arrived 2 hours later in destination.
The bus was very safe and punctual however it was so hot on board and the road so twisty that I had to get off to be sick. Not ideal really but I survived
Very bad smell on the bus in general and was situated beside the toilet to add to the already bad smell

The overnight ride Bogota to Medellin was fine ..however! seat 15 adjuster was broken (either fully reclined or full upright) ..and there was no AC power outlet under seat, contrary to signage)
The worst one, the journey was 15 h long instead of 12, the bus was making so many stops, because of the "private business" he was doing with some locals. I highly don't recommend this company
Driver was blasting music until late into the night -- made it impossible to sleep
