Booked to travel with national express however as they had overbooked we were put on another coach from Leeds, initially when booked it was supposed to be a direct coach from Bradford to London . When travelling back there were two stops which again were not mentioned at the time of the booking
I was disappointed by the service today. The bus arrived after 1 hour and there was no explanation at all. The bus driver did not provide charging system for passengers
In Leicester when the bus driver switched he came 45 minutes late I was not happy with this and the bus smells of urine.
