they left without me
The bus broke down on the side of the road for over an hour, we were not given clear information of when and how we would be getting to Syracuse from there and I am sure other people missed appointments and connecting rides as I did due to the delay. It was very unfortunate that it occurred on Easter weekend when all of the prices were brought up for that reason. I would like my money back for the ride. It caused many issues for both myself and others. I was very displeased with the whole situation.
