I was a bit late due to traffic, but they waited and helped me with the tickets, the ride went without any problems. The only problem is that I can’t really sleep in nightbuses, but thats my personal problem haha.
It was alright, except that it was freezing cold. Literally felt like I had a seat not in but onto of a skibus. Freezing!
Recliners were good, there were screens in seats. The usb port chargers didn’t work and the wifi did t work - so don’t get your hopes up. Toilet was terrible. Bus was only 1 hour delayed arrival, bus driver was good and bus was quite empty

Comfortable bus with aircon on for the full journey and usb ports. There also seemed to be Wi-Fi (we didn’t bother connecting) and we arrived in Medellín shortly after the scheduled time.
There was room on the bus to spread out, it was on schedule and safe. They only thing that should've happened was a reminder to passengers the bus bathroom is only for emptying the bladder.
Completely different length of time travelling, it has had an impact on my future travel. Highly inconvenient
