Although my first bus was late, I got a phone call (with a real person!) to let me know. I felt safer waiting for the bus, and my family was grateful for Ebus letting us know what was happening. The driver was friendly and double-checked to make sure I got the message. I had a safe, non eventful dr
Great service, clean & comfortable bus, but didn’t like having to put my purse with my wallet, ID, money, cards, passport, meds and other very personal items in the compartment above. It’s pretty unnerving for a woman.
I've never yet had a bad experience with ebus. All the drivers are kind. Today I was on a red ebus , it probably is so far the most comfy ride I've had . The seats were very cozy and the driver made the ride smooth .
My first time with eBus. It was pretty smooth and comfortable. There's just one lady passenger in front of me who was loudly taking on the phone the entire trip! The driver made an announcement about the phone noise but the lady did not hear it as she was talking on the phone. Maybe next time, it would be better to get the attention of the person.
I always use Ebus for my trip to Vancouver and back. I booked it for my friend this time and the bus came 1h late . While I do understand that traffic or incident can happen on the road but I was told the bus driver parked in Merritt and came back 45 minute later
The first driver was very friendly (from Surrey to Merritt) The second driver (Merritt to Kelowna) arrived very late and never mentioned a word of apology or explanation to the passengers…… he then left us waiting even longer while he wandered into the Burger King to get himself a hamburger. When he returned, still not a word to us. I arrived over an hour late into Kelowna where my ride home was no longer available to drive me so I had to take a $$$$$ taxi home.
The driver mike is unprofessional and disrespectfull. He even touch me i am really desapointed by the service your compagny provide and will never use it again.
Staff called me 10 minutes before bus was supposed to arrive to tell me.the bus was going to ne nearly 2 hours late. They surely knew more than 10 mins before it was going to be so late.
I get that traffic is an issue but to arrive an hour late to my destination is unfair to the passengers. If it was 20-30 minutes it would have been OK but an hour is unacceptable. Also the WiFi was unstable through the journey and disconnected multiple times. I get that it's free but I also need to communicate with others as I'm late to my destination.
The driver was courteous and drove professionally. I had person in front of me who played their phone on speaker loudly and talked to someone off and on the entire trip 😕 would be good to advise clients to keep their earphones in while travelling
Loved both my drivers, super nice and clear. Also gave us ample time to do what we needed to:) Also the wait for the bud was alright I understand that there is traffic and issues sometimes just wanted to be honest :)
Driver was nice, but stressed. 1 hour late for pickup. Left one passenger behind who was misinformed about buying a ticket with cash when he phoned in. For the second time, no electronics. Ebus is a good idea, but improvements needed
Great way to travel. Bit late through no fault of the drivers, construction delays, regular traffic delays caused us to be a few minutes late. Very pleasant and helpful drivers. I liked that there was internet service.
I rely on EBus to get me to & from Kelowna Airport..I am very thankful we have the bus service as I rode the Greyhound from Quesnel to the coast for over 55 years…
Driver could be friendlier! No smile, no hello! Just matter of fact and quite abrupt. Every time he is the same. Get the impression he doesn’t like his job! Not a people person at all!
On the whole it was pleasant. Being an asthmatic and not being able to get off the bus for even a few minutes was hard. Had to use my steroid puffer at least 2 times during the trip. (the heat and mask combined cause these attacks, at least they were fairly mild this time)
Yes, there is WiFi on Ebus! We recommend downloading your movies or favorite shows before your bus trip, as the WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. No worries, you'll still be able to check your emails and social media during your trip.
