We were told in Indianapolis that bus was in Terre Haute and bus will be an hour n half late turned out to be 2 1/2 hours. Nobody informed update on bus. Not a Happy customer
I will Never use Greyhound Bus line again. The bus was 6hrs late & the staff was RUDE as hell! I filed a complaint and I'm going to send a handwritten letter to the Corporate Office
