They said to us we will travel 15h40 minutes but that was not true they did as they like and did not care at all about the customers,so it was very bad to travel 16h30 minutes than the promised time
It was horrible, worst trip ever. The bus got stuck twice. It first stuck for 4hr(at night) then stuck again (in the morning) for 3hrs until I decided to request a car to pick me up. I will never use your buses again.
Its comfortable but my experience was bad due to the fact that the bus broke 2 times and eventually we had to wait for another bus to pick us up. We were coming from Cape town on a 18h30 bus 28th March 2024 and bus broke and we had to wait for mechanic for 4hours then bus moved got stuck again in Mosselbay so we waited for another bus to come then we only arrived at our destination 29th march 2024 at 19h00. from

APM was late by 3 hours and hired an unbranded white bus which wasn’t in a good condition. The bus stuck on the way just before we reached the tunnel. Driver told us to wait for another bus coming to fetch which we waited for hours until we ran out of food and water and decided to hike.
Bus came late at 21:00 to start our journey , then the bus stop working and we were stuck on the road side for 12 hours then we only arrive sunday to our destinations… very dissapointed
Enjoyed nothing, the bus was 2-3 hours late. Stopped by Traffic cops frequently on the road. Arrived at my destination 5 hours late. The worst experience ever. Grateful I arrived alive.
