My bus took a longer route which was not on my ticket, I’m very dissatisfied by that because I wouldn’t have taken that bus if that was the case.
The bus arrived an hour late.. After boarding we were told that it was a shuttle our bus is in Belville.When we got to Belville the story changed the bus was now in Kraaifontein. We got there waited for the bus for another 30-40 minutes. We arrived 2 hours late in Queenstown
There was a problem with the bus but it was quickly dealt with I found that to be very professional but I do have to say the seats aren't quite comfortable my neck is stuff and painful

The stupid Bus didn't even arrive, we received SMS while waiting for the 7pm bus that it's cancelled.we queued more than 2 hours ,to be told we must come back tomorrow, berry disappointed. Don't book this useless bus
The drivers are rude, the bus was suppose to arrive at 19:00 it arrived at 9pm. What an inconvenience
