I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience with Greyhound. The driver was speeding and driving recklessly, and did not seem to stop properly at robots. When I addressed my concerns about the driving, the driver insulted me and responded with swearing. His behaviour towards passengers was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt unsafe during the journey and believe this situation needs to be taken seriously. Greyhound should investigate the driver's behaviour and driving conduct.
