The bus came 2hrs late and was already full so we couldn’t go in the bus and no one gave us any other solution. It’s been twice in 2 weeks.
The Driver was very rude and inconsiderate of families who are prime passengers on this service. He continued to relay over the speaker announcing to parents to attend to their children when little babies were crying. The bus had an unbearable smell the entire trip.
I am disappointed that wifi is advertised when booking but never worked on either bus I rode on
