I was really disappointed that the meals served on the bus were served in large amounts of disposable plastic. The amount of disposable plastic rubbish generated on this journey was really huge. Given the critical global problem of environmental pollution through single-use plastics I thought this was a real pity and completely unnecessary, and a bad reflection on the bus company. Also the food was unhealthy and highly processed. One other thing - all the movies shown were extremely violent, really a lot of blood violence and visceral gore which I didn't want to see but was impossible to ignore without closing my eyes. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service and safety standards on the bus.
All was good, except that there was no Wifi or a convincing explanation as to why it was not working. Three days is a long time without. Perhaps a stop that includes this. Also while the conductor was very good at outlining food stops, many of us needed reminding to get water.
