Outward journey to Liverpool was excellent. On time and a smooth trip Return trip 30 minutes late! There was no information at the National Express bay in Liverpool and nobody around to ask. Got back to Manchester eventually but it would have been less stressful for all the passengers to have been kept informed.
It is simply unacceptable that the bus came more than 45 minutes late when the journey it self wa so my supposed to be 38 minutes. Also there was no communication that the bus was going to be late so no one has any idea of what was going on
