Greyhound Miami New Orleans recent customer reviews
We had to wait 13 hours at the Tallahassee station with no food or no idea of when we could leave!
We are from Australia this is our second trip to America and have used Greyhound Buses both times, absolutely love Greyhound for travel.
i was rerouted because the first bus was overheating so we had to wait for a replacement. So i missed my connection. The new route added 10 hours and 2 extra stops onto my journey time. One of my connections was full so made us wait nearly 2 hours for another one. The staff didnt seem to care that i had already been delayed. I should have arrived in new orleans 7 hours ago. Im still on the bus now. I have missed an entire day in new orleans
