No air conditioning to Miami! Driver Donavan was great!
Before I went to the greyhound in fort lauderdale I went to the greyhound at miami airport because the plane left me there.I try to ask a driver and a lady a few questions a they where so unfriendly and couldnt solve them.So fortunately there was another girl that answer me what I was asking.But these people look like angry.I dont know why?That what Ive seen in greyhound.So if I will take another bus I will be prepared to deal with these people.
The bus kept making uneconomical stops. People sleep and travel and greyhound is very aware, yet we have to endure 2x stop overs. Doesn’t make any sense.
Very pleased with my trip. Will use again if I need to.
It was a nightmare. Me and several others missed our bus because the bus driver refused to speak to us and then he drove off. Then trying to figure out a plan B with the lady at the desk was unhelpful. Eventually a second bus came and I eventually made it, but no one tried to help and it was an entire nightmare.
The bus driver was nice and know the route really well and got me there on time .
The bus can be better. Buy new buses. The WiFi stopped at one point.
I am a big fan of this company. Ian is an amazing driver and very personable especially through tough situations. I will use this company again!
