The driver was very good and courteous. But the main reason I booked the ride was because it had WiFi for browsing and unfortunately the bus had no WiFi
Uncomfortable noise in the back, the bus needs some maintenance (bus from Ottawa to Toronto)
The A/C temperature in my first bus from Ottawa to Toronto was too down. It was like sitting in fridge. Although I were jackets, it was freezing still. However, I was more disappointed with the second service, the bus from Toronto to London. The seats were wet and by sitting on them, our pants get wet as well. Imagine the cold temperature with wet pants for three ours. I asked from the driver why the seats are wet, and he simply responded, “It was washed”. It’s absolutely the irresponsibility of FlixBus, to let its passengers sit on wet seats. I am not happy with this experience at all, and I regret the $80 dollars I paid.
Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning delays and lack of communication. The washroom on the bus was reported to be disgusting and the wifi didn't work properly. Additionally, there were issues with transfer buses being over an hour late without prior notification. Some customers also had difficulty accessing information on the website, including Lost and Found details.

Unprofessional company. Driver arrived 40 minutes late. Yelling at customers and constantly smoking cigarettes in their faces. I witnessed him yelling at multiple people through the day. Essentially anyone that would ask him a question he would yell back “I own this company”. Second bus was delayed an hour. A bus showed up that looked like it was just stolen and painted completely black with cheap spray paint. It was an experience that’s for sure. Definitely my last with that company.
It was an absolute nightmare. I arrived at the bus stop at the scheduled time and location but the bus never showed up. As an 18-year-old girl stranded in downtown Toronto on a dark, cold, and dangerous night, I felt helpless and scared. Despite my desperate attempts to contact the company for an explanation, there was no response from their chat support or any update on the bus status. The situation left me highly vulnerable and my parents, who were the only ones who could help, were three hours away. I had to find a safe place to stay, which cost me extra money and added to my already mounting stress. The lack of communication and disregard from the company is unacceptable. I urge them to take responsibility for their mistakes and ensure that this never happens to anyone else. The disrespect from the company is unacceptable.
The bus was an hour late and I was never notified, waiting outside in the cold... the driver decided to take a 15 mins mid-ride break regardless of us being late, which turned into a 34 mins break. I missed my connection in Toronto (they sent another one shortly after, which was nice, but I was still very late to my engagement). Oh and there was no WiFi or functional power outlets on both busses. I don't usually give bad reviews, but this was absolutely horrible and it was my first and last time riding with these folks. Sorry.
Based on 11594 reviews, the company was rated 4.2 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness but often complained with the wifi. Rider Express ticket prices on this trip start at $55.00
