BlaBlaBus Paris Montpellier recent customer reviews
Our experience with Blablabus was horrible. We had tickets from CDG to Paris then Paris to Montpellier. When we arrived in Paris, the bus dropped us off on a busy street with many cars and other buses. We did not see any signs as it was late at night and very dark. There were also no BlaBlaBus employees to help direct customers either (which other companies like FlixBus had). After running around looking for the BlaBlaBus bus to Montpellier, another passenger on the street pointed down a dark alley and told us to follow it to an underground station. At last, we found the correct bus but the driver told us that the luggage compartment was closed and that we could get on but must leave the luggage behind. Our medication was in the luggage so that was not an option. I do not understand why he could not just add our luggage because the bus was trapped behind several other buses and could not depart anyways. In the end, BlaBlaBus stranded us and we had to find another means of transportation. The whole experience was horrible and we will never use BlaBlaBus again.
