Overall good experience. The bus was clean and safe driving. My only complaints are that the bathroom was not open for use and the bus was extremely hot without any air flow coming from the vent. This made me very car sick.
The bus was very comfortable. The service was on time. The driver was not happy, he was short tempered and rude to passengers including myself. I know everybody can have a bad day, but inflicting it on others makes for an unnecessary uncomfortable day for all concerned. Anger management training may be a good solution in this case.
Very disappointing trip to Sevilla from Portimão. Bought a ticket online in Portimão. The email and ticket said to go to a particular address instead of a bus or train station. Looked online for the bus station and everything I found said it was closed. So I went to the address indicated on the ticket 30 minutes early and waited an hour and a half for a bus. No bus ever showed up. Had to take a city bus to the train station, then take the train to Faro. Then had to purchase another ticket to Sevilla. Arrived in Sevilla 4.5 hours later than I had originally scheduled. Very, very disappointing.
