The process of purchasing a ticket was incredibly easy. The bus terminal was clean, easy to navigate, and the check in and bag drop was not complicated or stressful. The bus was very clean and the ride was smooth and relaxing.
Liked: the ease of purchasing tickets and Comfort of seats. Disliked: loud movie playing with no ability to block out the sound. It was a very violent film.

On time. The safety belts were not working. There was no tags for the bags identification which was of concern. There was no QR code scanning of the tickets.
No luggage tags so we had to check if no one would take our suitcases since the driver kept doing unscheduled stops. Bus was overbooked.
The driver and all the staff were very helpful. I arrived late and they helped me to make the bus before it left.
