It was very disappointing. We booked a Bus, extra 2 hours early so we can get to the Airport on time. The bus had a delay and eventually didn't arrive at all. So we waited for nothing and were forced to get an Uber to get to the Airport in Sao Paulo in time. (If he had known, that it wouldn't arrive, we could have gotten another Bus at least).

Passengers have consistently praised the comfort and punctuality of the bus service, highlighting spacious seats and a smooth journey. However, some users noted that air conditioning can be quite cold, suggesting dressing warmly for trips. Additionally, while WiFi was advertised on certain routes, it wasn't always available during travel.

Bus arrived 3 hours late into SP, I missed my next bus to Boituva and the accommodation I had booked that night in Boituva. I needed to pay for new accommodation in SP for the night and pay for another bus the following morning to Boituva

There was a used gum on the window by my seat. Also I booked flat bed tickets, preselected seats at the front and middle and was allocated seat by the toilet that did not recline.

We had to book an Uber after completing half of the distance. The bus couldn't drive because of a broken toilet door, and ended up over 2 hours late. The bus driver was very friendly though.

The bus station had lots of signs and was easy to navigate. The bus itself was comfortable, had bathroom access and also provided cups of water. Overall good experience!
