Ontario Northland Sault Ste. Marie Toronto recent customer reviews
Travelling by bus for over 10 hours is an ordeal in and of itself. However, since it was the only way lcould get from Sault Ste. Marie to Toronto on my budget l made the trip. The drivers were professional and drove carefully. They kept to the schedule. The two 15 minute stops were just enough but perhaps 20 minutes might be better so passengers can get out and stretch their legs a bit. I would have appreciated having the stops someplace that was open to get food, water, soft drinks etc.. The Parry Sound stop was ideal. The business made money and the passengers were able to get refreshments. Of course it is imperative that the business have FAST service for the bus passengers. Something was wrong with the washroom on the bus l traveled in from Sudbury to Toronto. I think a passenger did something to the door. The driver got it open but advised the passengers not to lock it when using it. So all was well.
Our first leg from Sault St. Marie had the most wonderful driver. He was courteous, diligent and literally did everything by the book. He made a speech before we departed explaining all the rules while on the bus etc. The driver should be the employee of the month and an example of what the company is like with the services that they offer. Very impressed by this gentleman.
We were forced to change the bus after 1h left for our final destinations. We get late to the destination 1;40 minutes.(Explationswas the bus was defective and not true, the second bus was old and did have In the stations, Sudbury. On the bus, we moved the window curtain was not existing and even if there was air conditioning it was too cold, the sun was strong through the windows. Sudbury bus station WC has a very worn plastic coil that is not any more hygienic to be used. I have traveled last 5 years and I see the tickets get up but the service gets low and disappointing. Thanks and take friendly this info just to help.
