The driver from Alicante airport to Benidorm was very rude. The information given on departure times was incorrect, the app said 4.30 which we found out later was incorrect as the bus actually leaves on the hour. Also when I booked the bus I was under the assumption that the bus went further into the resort of Benidorm impression it would be a shuttle bus, I never realised it was actually the public bus. In the past when I’ve come to Benidorm I’ve used coach transfer but my daughter suggested I use the bus instead so I took her advice.
