Lol, they changed the bus it was not Megabus So uncomfortable journey, I will never do this again
It was awful I have a fear of vomit, and there was a child seated in front of me who was throwing up for an hour, and the family of 10 seated together kept huddling around. It was very stress-inducing, claustrophobic, unsanitary, and negative.
The bus arrived to the pick-up point before schedule so we were able to board early and leave on time! The drive was smooth and safe. We even ended up arriving early to our final destination, which was a bonus! Thanks Megabus!
According to customer reviews, the service provided by this company is reliable and efficient. Customers appreciate that pick-up, ride, and delivery were all on time. However, some customers mentioned a lack of signage at the pick-up point as an area for improvement. Overall, the driver was praised for being helpful and friendly throughout the journey.
FlixBus Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
Bad, my seat didn't exist so I was sent to the back - sat next to the most foul smelling washroom, unfortunately a homeless person was also on the ride and their smell was also quite unbearable
The driver was very accommodating to my special needs. Because I am legally blind in my right eye. He moved me from my assigned seat.14B to right behind the driver seat. He also made sure that I got on and off the bus safely
First my bus got cancelled, then the new bus was 30 minutes late and we also had to switch buses on the way. Terrible service
According to multiple positive reviews, the bus service is excellent and always on time. Customers appreciate the effort made by staff members in loading heavy bags and find the seats comfortable. The overall cost efficiency of the service has also been praised with a 5-star rating.
Rider Express Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
Waited an hour in the cold for the bus. First one that came 40 minutes late was completely full, so no one could actually get on. Understand delays happen, but the bus clearly left an hour late from its prior destination, so they could have communicated better so we didn't freeze.
Bus delayed for over an hour. Wasn’t emailed about delay until it was already 30 mins late.
Very smooth and comfortable ride; went by more quickly than I thought it would. Will definitely do this again.
Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and lack of communication. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Overall, customers had a disappointing experience due to the lack of responsiveness from Book a Ride.
Book A Ride Kingston Toronto recent customer reviews
Hour late. Bus broke down on the highway twice. Driver was on the phone yelling the entire time. Driver had to stop and get gas.
The bus came 2 hours late from the original departure time. Then proceeded to break down in the middle of the 401 for about 5-10 minutes. Then broke down again before the driver finally went to the gas station. Very disorganized. Worst trip I have taken on a bus ever.
The late bus caused initial frustration and inconvenience among passengers, but ultimately fostered unexpected connections and a shared sense of humanity among strangers enduring the delay together.
According to customer reviews, the service is praised for its comfortable seats and kind staff. Customers also appreciate the complimentary snacks provided. However, there are complaints about being over an hour late and missing connections. Some customers also mention that the heat in the bathroom was too extreme.
