The bus delayed for more than one hour causing me to reach late but the driver was good.
The last seat on the bus was over the engine and so hot that it was close to unbearable. I tried to tell the driver at the first drop off. He was very rude and not helpful.
The staff did not communicate well at all. I asked numerous times if I was at the gate to the correct bus and they looked at me as if I wasn't speaking English. Then the man looked at my ticket and said "yup." Only, he was wrong. I got on the wrong NYC- bound bus, and my trips took 2 hours longer. Luckily they let me stay on the other bus when we discovered the mix up in Philadelphia. I would just relay the message that not everyone takes buses all the time and understands what is what and where to go.

I enjoyed very much and the staff was very friendly.
Loved: I was alone for 2 seats. Did not love: the way a driver treated me. I think I had a challenge of language barrier, I was not understanding his speech sometimes. When I came up to him to clarify the things, he started to get angry and was frustrated. therefore, when he sees people coming to him to clarify somethings, I would suggest to gently explain everything instead getting emotional and angry. Thanks.
