Horrible. The trip was rescheduled from 8 PM to 5:30 PM without due consideration of passengers’ itinerary. I picked the trip for 8 PM because I would not be able to travel until that time. I missed the bus. I called the customer care line severally but wasn’t connecting. I sent emails but no reply.
Great driver, even in bad weather. Was very hard to find where the bus would pick us up. Walked around asking where it would pull up.
It was great! Perfecto finale to my trip. Driver helped me out and made epic time on route. Mucho gracias!
According to customer reviews, the service provided by FlixBus has received mixed feedback. Some customers had a great experience with friendly and accommodating bus drivers. However, there were complaints about old buses that made excessive noise and vibrations, causing discomfort during the journey. Additionally, some passengers mentioned that there was no shelter at bus stops, making it difficult to wait in bad weather conditions. It is important to note these concerns while considering using their services in the future.

The driver kept talking on the phone during all the driving time. Fortunately, we didn’t have any accidents, but it is dangerous.
it said its arriving around 1:25 but turns out arrived at 1 so I missed the bus... all because its delayed
I really enjoyed the trip. The driver showed great respect and relations with passengers. She even offered me a bottle of water when I was in need of some. That's my best experience so far. Thanks
According to the reviews, customers have expressed both positive and negative experiences with Rider Express. Positive feedback includes punctuality, helpful staff, great service at an affordable price, and efficient buses. However, there are also complaints about delays in some trips, closed bathrooms on board causing inconvenience for passengers, cleanliness issues with the toilets and lack of facilities to wash hands after use. Despite these concerns mentioned in multiple reviews overall reputation remains positive."

I was waiting at Union station. The bus was not called and the bus left. The attendant in the booth was super helpful and understanding and offered an alternative but it was clear that it was short staffed. I ended up having to pay for a second ticket at a second bus line to get home urgently and unexpectedly.
That was really nice! I couldn’t connect to the wifi but the seats were very comfortable
Ticketing was easy, but the pickup point in Scarborough is unmarked even by a posted sign. The dentist office had moved-as one map suggested s complete diff location on other side of the mall. The exit 7 was helpful in the end. I was one of 3 other passengers confused on the pickup spot. The driver and assistant were helpful, pleasant and the trip was smooth and he was a great driver.
Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning delays and late arrivals. Some customers also reported issues such as incorrect pick-up locations and confusion about departure instructions. However, there are positive reviews regarding the cleanliness of the buses and helpful staff.
Book A Ride Toronto Kingston recent customer reviews
The ride itself was good, comfortable, liked that there were plugs available. What I was not happy with was that the bus was over 15 minutes late with no indication or notification sent that it was delayed, which I have received for other coach bus services. The bus tracking option was not available for my bus either, which was very inconvenient.
No toilet paper or hand sanitizer in bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. The bus was unmarked.
Late by an hour to wait for a change of bus driver, bus driver likes to play TikTok videos very loud when waiting, and the bus is not clean at all
Red Arrow is a rising star in the bus service industry, offering top-notch on-board services and comfortable seating. Customers have praised their friendly staff, who are helpful and patient. The buses are clean and spacious, providing a wonderful travel experience. Complimentary snacks and drinks add to the overall satisfaction of passengers.

Bus was on time. Comfortable seats. Complimentary pop, water and snack was a nice surprise. Ample charging outlets. Great experience
I enjoyed the snacks offered and the comfort of the bus. However, the charging station at my seat wasn't working and there was a light on the flood beside me that kept flickering during the whole bus ride.
On-boarding was very smooth, both the driver and attendant were friendly and helpful with any questions, complimentary snacks and pop/H2O on the bus
