1st, allow travelers to have a chance to pay their fair on the sport to the driver.2ndly, the driver for yesterday was rude to a passenger.He shouted at them instead of calmly being polite and private with the passage over the issue.3rd, the bus was so late which disarranged other plans and incurring unnecessary costs!I missed out on my ride home and i had to spend extra money that i did not have to pay for a uber.This was annoying!!

My bus left half an hour before it’s departure time and due to being stuck at the airport I arrived at 6:35 to the bus station and found out the bus has already left
