Greyhound Boston Philadelphia recent customer reviews
Greyhound gets a bad rep, but for a lot of people it’s the most affordable option, and for that I appreciate the service. My biggest complaint is their lack of policies to keep people safe. I was recently on a bus that had an individual saying some very vile comments that then turned into violent comments. When we exited the bus I noticed he a long red bag that almost looked like it could have an semi-automatic in it. In this climate we’re in and based on the things he was saying it doesn’t seem like a stretch. Please do better Greyhound.
Timing was awful and then staff in NYC were not helpful trying to get us on a new bus and we had to rebook with another company
Our delay was due to heavy traffic across George Washington bride in New York City. Otherwise trip was uneventful.
