A smooth journey, which worked so well (Dublin Airport to Galway). The desk didn’t hold my laptop and it was warm on the coach, but other than that all was great. Will be doing that again when needed.

Peak hours in Dublin would make it impossible to be on time every time so overall I was very happy with Go Bus.And very impressed with being able to charge my phone enroute
Good trip, well organized, a little late to leave due to traffic. Bus station in Dublin was a little hard to find (we were given 2 different locations) thankfully they were both on the same street.

On my ticket it says the bus will departure at 11am *be there 15 min earlier*. So I was there at 10:30 am, the bus came at the same time and was pressuring me so much! My friend was even still missing bc the ticket said 10:45 am would be enough. The busdriver was really annoyed and said I shall call my friend and he’s going to leave in like 2 min - he didn’t care about the tickets and the time at all. Sad, was really stressful. But all in all the rest was good and I enjoyed the bus trip
My family absolutely loved travelling in Aircoach. My return journey from Galway to Dublin was at 1830 hours but i had to travel 2 hours early. Aircoach staffs were really helpful to accommodate earlier coach for me and my family. The coach was very neat and clean and the driver was also very helpful.
