I have heard of customers complaining of delays by the service but I and my children witnessed it on July 13. My bus ought to arrive at Meadowhall interchange by 04:15 but alas the bus came by 05:55. My children were very sad with this experience. It’s unacceptable.
The coach which was scheduled for 17:15 arrived close to 30mins late at Sheffield for the onward journey to London, there no explanation or apologies from the driver or any other staff, the aircon was not working as the coach was fully packed and very hot throughout the journey.
I travel with some annoying people using their phone on speaker talking with the high volume laughing so noisy
