Your driver is so inconsiderate. We came down to go to the restroom in San Sebastián for he said only 10 mins, but after less than 5 minutes when we were out, the bus is gone. ALSA driver saw how terrified we were so he took us in the bus to Madrid and we had to chase our luggages. I called your help desk to look for our luggages and all they say file a complaint. I will never never never ride Eurolines again and I will tell friends NOT TO RIDE IN YOUR BUS AS WELL. I will put it on Social Media.
There were no toilet papers in the washroom, no soap and no running water.
Bus left late and arrived late. No outlets and no wifi on bus. Was not happy.
