I didn't take the bus. I had a heavy boutique of diarrhea and was unable to travel. Would you'll consider giving me another date
We travel very well the drivers very good and informative even thou we did have a breakdown they were informative
Not sure letting random people on the bus selling water an food is a safe option. The journey was long an tiring. Could not sleep sitting up. Would have preferred paying more and having more room to relax. Stops were short. Perhaps fewer stops but more time there. Overall exactly what I expected.

32 hours ride😭
The bus we were travelling with was okey in good condition although the door got stucked in the middle of our way but it helped us to move quickly rather than having a lot of bus stops for toilets and buying snacks … and keep it up to the drivers were very friendly and driving smoothly.. 10/10
I was happy

The bus broke down and we were sent messages that another bus will arrive in an hour which turned out to be 11 hours late. The service was terrible, it was my first and last time taking this bus. The bus was from Durban to Cape Town (departure time was 11:35am yesterday)and we still haven’t arrived yet.
Driver not give us attention when I complained about power outlets was not working
It was a nightmare. The bus stopped at Bloemfontein from 19:30 to 07:30 with no explanation from anybody. The drivers left us alone with the bus without any explanation until we saw another drivers coming. My first time in a bus was what I wouldn't wish for anybody.
