Very nice and helpfull
The bus is super comfortable, with reclining seats and leg supports better than any first class travel anywhere. I wish they had emptied the trash between trips though. They had overflowing containers inside the bus. Also, the bus left 45 minutes late. Fortunately, I left enough time between the bus arrival and my flight departure from El Calafate. That didn’t happen with my bus on the other direction. Despite that, I would take it again. Very comfortable ride.

I had reserved seats 1 and 2 months ago. I downloaded the tickets from the app this morning. When we go to the bus, we found there were 2-3 couples that reserved that same seats. We chose this bus so we could have those seats, but did not get them. The driver said it was because we reserved on the internet.

We got a ticket online but we got kicked out of the bus due to overbooking. The staff told us to take a taxi but there was not enough taxi. We were shuffled around and eventually we got on the bus, but I am so unhappy with the way the staff handled the situation. We booked tickets way early but were not honored at all at the terminal.
