Catarinense Rio de Janeiro Foz do Iguaçu recent customer reviews
The roud should be 25 hours but we are still on road and it takes like 33 hours.
The bus left late. Made numerous stops which held up the journey at least 2 hours. We arrive 3 hours + late 28 hrs in total
The bus driver from Rio was very friendly even tho I only speak English he was very polite torwards me and drove at a good speed, not to quick. All the bus people were nice
According to multiple positive reviews, this bus company provides a great service. Customers appreciate the comfort of the buses, which have amenities such as toilets and wifi. Pluma Rio de Janeiro Foz do Iguaçu recent customer reviews
The bus arrived at Foz de Iguazu only at 16:00, one hour and 20 minutes later than it was supposed to, so we couldn't go to the Brazilian side of the falls like we planned. Also, the bus had no WiFi.
The air conditioning was too cold..even after multiple requests to heat it up slightly..nothing changed
According to multiple reviews, customers have expressed satisfaction with the service, mentioning that check-in and ticketing were easy and great. Some reviewers also mentioned a pleasant trip experience with only one long stop during the first 12 hours. However, there is a critique regarding the lack of English instructions on board and limited time at station stops. Additionally, some passengers reported feeling cold during the journey and wished for adjustable footstands to prevent sliding down. Overall, despite these minor issues raised in several reviews, customers had positive experiences with this bus service.
Expresso Nordeste Rio de Janeiro Foz do Iguaçu recent customer reviews
I get to the station in time and they moved the platform of the bus, until I find it out the bus just leave without me and I had to buy another ticket, I was very disappointed and nobody even tried to help me...
It was very cold and we wanted to be able to adjust the footstand because we kept sliding down, but otherwise we had a very nice 25h trip
Check in and ticketing was easy and great. The first 12 hours or so we only had one long stop, then I fell asleep and we had a coffee break in the morning. Maybe I just misunderstood something
