The seats are very uncomfortable
Highly professional
The seats were pretty uncomfortable. And I’m not sure what the point of power outlets at such a weird angle are, considering they were all extremely loose, and don’t hold anything in place.

Book a ride cancelled the bus and did not sent any confirmation. We reached the point of departure and then Montreal bus driver from book A ride told us the bus has been cancelled at 10:00 am. Now we don’t know what to do with return ticket as both were booked together and we have not received any confirmation and no point of contact to connect with your company or book A ride.
They first stopped at london stop and asked to wait 1 hour to change bus. And then he dropped me at winsor and said he wont be able to go to detroit which was my final stop.
The bus never arrived at my stop. I waited for hours and wasn't able to get in contact with anyone!
