Customers highly recommend Lasta for their excellent service, comfort, and cleanliness. Despite occasional delays, they are satisfied with reaching their destination on time. The staff, especially the drivers, take good care of the passengers throughout the journey.
When booking through budbus they say free 3x luggage, but the driver charges €4 per bag regardless of your ticket he read saying it. But I felt safe in the bus at all times. They cannot control the delay at the border, it was mostly cars in the wrong lanes and they did all they could to get through. As I couldn’t check in until 11am in my hotel, I was delighted to be sitting in the bus longer than the 7am arrival. We arrived about 9:15am. Hygiene of the bus itself is great. Just wish they checked pcr tests of everyone pre boarding (since they’re manditory to enter Serbia, not that Serbia have checked either), but masks were not worn on the journey. We did all have a seat to ourselves so I guess that was comforting in a way. Overall though I was very satisfied with the service and can’t beat the price.
