Everything was great! Was so impressed by the guy running up and down the aisles with snacks and hot water for tea/coffee. Also really happy there were USB plugs! Only downside was one rude staff members at Mendoza bus station. But everything else made up for him.

Overall a good experience. Mendoza bus station isn't the greatest and the woman at the Andesmar counter (who run the Nevada service to Santiago) wasn't very clear about which platform the bus was leaving from but we found it anyway. Staff on the bus were much friendlier and helpful especially with immigration procedures at the Chilean border. Bus was comfortable and got snacks plus a sandwich which we weren't expecting. Slightly late departing and arriving but less than 15 mins so no real issues. Would travel this route with this company again.

The bus drive and attendant were very nice and helpful through the whole journey! The seats were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and actually had toilet paper!
