Everything was ok, except the fact I am a tall guy, so there wasn’t much legroom. If it was a longer ride, it would have been very uncomfortable
I have used super tours twice in the past 2wks. First impression was good but my return trip from orlando to miami was disapointing. This is primarily around the baggage charges. I bought tickets for a family of four and i had to pay 50 dollars for extra luggage whose weight didnt amount to 30kg. I was told the charges are irrespective of baggage size. This is grossly unfair.
Another passenger told me I couldn’t sit in a seat with him because the bus driver supervisor & the bus driver didn’t stop him. Later on it was clear he was a customer. The bus driver also wouldn’t unlock the bathroom door so people could use it & said that if he has to stop for one of us to use a restroom that he would leave us!
I had 6:50am super tours bus ticket for 11/23/18 with me. I arrived the bus stop 6:20am. Bus arrived around 8am. The driver called everyone else but me and he told me my name is not on the list he had. I asked him what I should do since I wait almost two hours for nothing. All he told me was calling company and he couldn’t take me. I called super tours number and a lady told me I was not on the list. I had to take Uber to nearest train station to catch the morning train to visit my sick mom at hospital in Kissimmee. I was choosing bus because I tried to get to the hospital as early as I can. But everything got screwed up.
The bus was over an hour late. There was a lot of confusion amongst the passengers about where the actual stop was. The bathroom on the bus was very dark, had no toilet paper, no air conditioning (it was disgustingly hot in there) and there was no hand sanitiser or way of cleaning your hands.
Very late arrival to destination. There was no traffic, storms, etc that caused delays. It is simply a matter of unrealistic timelines, especially with the number of stops the bus makes. We were almost 30 minutes late.

I was dissatisfied with the fact that it was a van packed which made for uncomfotable conditions especially from miami to orlando. I booked a “bus” ticket believeing it was a bus with toiletry. False advertisement.
I was charged 40.00 for one way trip because I paid it on line and paid with a credit card from Puerto Rico. Per the driver that I was considered a foreigner I said Puertorriquens are us citizen. Nobody was required to show identification and was charged $23.00. Not fair being a senior paid for one way trip that amount. Unreasonable.
I had to sit on a pillow by the driver for almost an hour because the bus was supposedly full. I booked my ticket the night before and despite of that I couldn’t get decent seat and I had to sit on the bus floor, very disappointed.
The bus ride was good but the pick up location was difficult to find and we weren't told we need to pick up our boarding passes even though we waited for half an hour.
Very punctual and fast. The only thing is that there was an incident where a man needed to use the restroom urgently at the West Palm Beach rest stop and the bus driver did not allow him to get off and use the restroom. I understand that there is an schedule to keep but, in case of an emergency like this, they should be allowed to get off.
The bus never picked me up. It never showed up. Waste of time and my money. I was at the station 30min prior to the departure time and waited there 1 hour after the schedule time and the bus never came
