The spacious seating will keep me using Amtrak. The only thing that was not enjoyed was having to carry my luggage down stairs and to the far end of the train from the ATL terminal since my stop was not one with people to unload. Then having to step on and off train with luggage. If this would have been known previously I probably would have flown. The train was late for arrival by hour and half, but we were not made aware of this. The staff was super nice!!
