I was excited when I found out I was taking a train! I thought it was going to be a bus. The seats are very comfortable and there’s plenty of legroom. The train wasn’t packed, so I had my seat and the one next to me, which was much appreciated. The steps into the train were very steep and I had a hard time getting up them because I am very weak from being ill. The person helping people on the train was watchful and helped me with my backpack. It was very hard—if not impossible—to hear the train person on the loudspeaker. The ticket person was thoughtful and patient.

It was alright, I wasn't in a rush to get home so it didn't really mattered, I understand things like this happened where there's delays and we can't control what others do. I was grateful to have gotten a seat at a decent price close to the holiday weekend so I would probably give it another try. This was my first time traveling in the amtrak train.

I’m Request online on 9:30am. But they change it to 10:00 o’clock P.M. Because the train was running late I could’not take the trip at that time. that was very stressful to me.

Traveled from Indianapolis to Chicago Union Station, bus was 3 hours late, very rude staff, never got an explanation or an apology or anything. Very slow service while boarding. Driver and station worker got into a fight in front of everyone, including a little girl, making us wait even longer. Couldn’t even ask questions to the staff because they lack patience and would yell at anyone who made a mistake like being in the wrong line or something like that. I understand unforeseen events may happen that make the bus be late, but the indifference and rudeness from the staff was unacceptable. The only good thing was that the driver made the ride shorter than expected, so I was able to catch my flight. However, many other passengers missed their flights or connecting buses.
