The bus was on time leaving and arriving. There were no delays en route, even though there had been a ton of snow the day before. I was notified that it would be a non logo bus, which was fine. I have a data plan so the lack of wifi didnt effect me...but may have been an issue for others. I would totally use flixbus again.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bus. I did not enjoy that the buses did not have wi-fi, or play movies. It was a very long trip and they could have at the very least could have had one of the two.

We enjoyed the punctuality and the efficiency. The space on the bus and comfort could be better. There should be rules about people on the bus not being able to talk loudly on the phone.

The price is fairly inexpensive and there are enough different times available to fit schedules. However, the wi-fi stopping after one half hour because I used the maximum amount of data (on a ride with only four other passengers) is just false advertising. The seats were not comfortable. The departure location chosen at purchase online was different than the location assigned when I received the tickets, costing me half an hour of my visit to Boston. Departure and arrival were right on schedule (arrivals were both in fact early). It is so easy to be better than this without increasing the cost of the service provided.

Your timetable is confusing. I thought we were booking a bus at 3:20 pm. Turned out it went at 3:20am. So we missed our bus!
