Unfortunately the bus broke down twice from Mossel Bay to Bloemfontein - we only got feedback as to what was happening much later after the fact which left everyone a little frustrated, would've appreciated some communication. The food stop was possibly the worst I've ever had - I ordered a toasted cheese which was burnt black. Otherwise the bus was comfortable and I'm thankful we arrived safely. Best wishes.

I love the drivers friendliness, helpful, considering everyone on the bus safety site comfort.
What I did not like was
- aircon was not working
- no bags to put dirt in
- 1h30min late with no warning.
- toilet blocked and smell even after drivers unblock it. If traveling to next town it's not bad but traveling for over 11hrs with bad smell is not pleasant.
