Tickets was for Intercape they sent a Big Sky bus, so the two people I bought tickets for did not get on the bus, as they were waiting for the Intercape bus as per their tickets. 24/7 call centre kept on dropping my calls and still waiting for a reply on the email sent to their Care email address.
