Everything was closed in Iquique, the city I was , and the hostel I was in, didnt have any printing machines either.
So, I went to Iquique’s bus terminal, to find a solution with the company’s staff there.
The two women who where there didnt help me at all! They even told me it was my responsability to print the ticket and not the company’s!
Imagine that! The company sells a bus ticket on a sunday, and expect the costumer to find a place to print it, no matter how, and they just dont care if the costumer doesnt get to do it and miss the bus!
So I told these two terrible women everything was closed because it was sunday, and they told me to “walk around” until I found a place to do it.
So I told them I was with heavy baggage, and they just told me “not our problem”!
Thank God I found a place to print the ticket and didnt miss the bus or the plane to get home, but it was a terrible situation, and I didnt get the company’s help, even thou they had to help me, as they were responsable!

I even asked the names of the two employees, and they didnt have the courage to say it.
